While I was working with Joan Marie I was able to slow down and observe my life and how I was contributing to what I was experiencing in life. Once Joan Marie pointed this out to me I was able to examine my old patterns and "my story" and replace them with my new patterns and beliefs about what I was able to accomplish. There has been a gigantic shift in my energy since working with Joan Marie in all areas of my life.
I "think" about how I am contributing to my situation with every decision that I choose. I have chosen to close the door on old patterns and things that are not good for me and make healthier decisions. I want to thank you. I almost called and backed out of this 5-week course at least five times. I almost called a few times to talk about it. I decided to just trust that the reasons I signed up were divine. Boy, am I ever grateful I listened to that little voice!
I have never, that I recall, ever FELT my chakras before. Is it possible to feel a chakra? Or what was I feeling in my solar plexis. It almost hurt it felt so open. And I am still feeling it today—which is amazing, I don't recall holding a feeling on anything like this before for 24 hours or more.
I just listened to the replay of our class and did the meditation. I am so blown away with the realization that I have been creating my life around the fear of a ten year old who lost her father---the fear of my health, the feeling of lack of control of my finances, cleanliness of my house, and time with my family.
I have been trying to figure out what to do- internet business (Is it going to start paying?) or get a day job.
After we were done last night, I gave myself permission not to go back to work (I usually work at night). I did, however, choose to go ahead and participate in a call to clarify a business opportunity I was really not sure about. I gained huge clarity!
